It is the athlete's responsibility to check in with Maggie Fuller on the event day prior to the start of the event.   Each photo package athlete will be marked with a unique identifying symbol on each arm .  

If you do not check in with Maggie Fuller you will not be marked. If the athlete isn't marked we will not know to photograph you.

No refunds will be given to paying athletes who fail to check in before the first workout and receive their mark.

Participation in this photo package is an express acknowledgement that Maggie Fuller Photography and the event owners have the athlete's consent to use these photos in a commercial capacity.  All Rights Reserved.
